NMELS Program Registration Request Form

Please enter all requested information to have your site/program entered into the University of New Mexico Early Childhood Services NMELS list of programs. If you are an ECECD qualified PreK program, please select the appropriate option under “Type of Program” for proper access. We will compare your PreK request to the list provided to us by ECECD for confirmation of your PreK status.
