Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD)
The OCD works collaboratively with:

…to establish a 5 year plan for Early Care, Education and Family Support Professional Development.
The CCSB administers the following programs:
- Child Care Assistance
- Child Care Licensing
- Registered Child Care Homes
In collaboration with CYFD’s OCD and FNB, the CCSB coordinates quality child care services and works to build child care capacity statewide.
CYFD’s Family Nutrition Bureau (FNB) administers two USDA Child Nutrition Programs which provide federal funds to participating institutions to initiate and maintain non-profit food service programs for eligible children and adults.

NewMexicoKids Training and Consultaion Hub
Through the Network office’s coordination and knowledge, as well as extensive TTAP input, statewide early care and education outcomes are showing a positive change.
NewMexicoKids Network TTAPs are committed to offering early care educators a broad range of services. TTAPs provide valuable training for early care educators throughout the state.
NewMexicoKids Child Care Resource & Referral maintains a statewide database of child care providers that are licensed or registered by the State of New Mexico.
