CYFD RFP "Community-Specific Model Demonstration Early Childhood Programs"
(RFP# 15-690-40-12058)
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals for the procurement of contractors who will develop comprehensive plans to establish community- specific high quality early childhood care and education programs that could serve as model demonstration sites. The Competitive negotiation process will result in multiple contract awards.
