The Background Check Regulations are found at 8.8.3 NMAC, and specify that each individual who works in a licensed child care center must undergo a background check and meet the following requirements:

Search by the name of the licensed facility, not your specific direct provider of care. After you locate your center of choice, please contact the center director to determine whether your specific direct provider of care has received background check eligibility.
