What you should know about PDFs:

1. What is a PDF? Portable Document Format (PDF) is a format that allows Internet users to download or print files in their original format.2. How do I print a PDF file? PDF's come with their own task bar located directly above the document itself. It's recommended that you use the PDF print command and not the browser print command. Make sure you select only the page(s) you wish to print out. 3. How do I save/download a PDF? Very easily my friends! Just click the "save" icon located directly above the document. It will ask you what to name the document before it saves it so go ahead and name the document anything you want. Hit the save button to start the process.

4. How do I download the program that allows my computer to read PDF files? We have placed a link to download the latest free version of Acrobat Reader to allow you to view PDF documents.
Just click here to start the process and to receive further instructions.

5. How do I navigate or find specific information fast and easy? Some PDF files have a "Navigation Pane" button located just right of the "Print" button. We have provided navigation on the child care regulations so please take advantage of this cool feature.
